Muhammad Ammar is an interdisciplinary academic and artist from Pakistan. He graduates from Bennington College this summer with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Drama, and Literary Translation. His research in comparative politics, which has appeared in Peace Review and the Journal of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences, focuses on South Asia with a special focus on authoritarian violence and the mediatized performances of South Asian populism.
